NELs Expert Group - Membership

The terms of reference of the NELs Expert Group was adopted at ExCom 12 (October 2020). The Executive Committee launched the NELs Expert Group in 2020.

The expert group on non-economic losses consist of:

  • Balanced numbers of Executive Committee members representing Annex I Parties and non Annex I Parties;
  • Technical experts;
  • Representatives of relevant constituted bodies under the Convention and/or the Paris Agreement.
